Hi, my name is Scarlett! I’m a graphic designer and art director specializing in digital production and brand design.

 

I am currently the lead graphic designer at Ayr Wellness, a Multi-State Operational cannabis company based in Miami, FL. I work with a small but very mighty team to make exciting retail campaigns and support new brands launching under Ayr.

 

I am always interested in collaborating with a company that suits my strengths while challenging me to think creatively, learn new technology or techniques, and deliver unique concepts.

 

In my free time, I am the ultimate introvert. I enjoy drawing, reading books and manga, playing video games, watching too much anime, and giving my cats, Runi and Fraidy, all the scratch they deserve.

Part of the small but mighty creative team for this fast-growing Multi-State Operational (MSO) cannabis company. In constant collaboration with the company’s Brand Director and Art Director to conceptualize and execute creative content that will live on digital platforms, in stores, and with affiliated wholesale partners. Full retail and product launch campaigns are a major focus for the team and some campaigns have been recognized online by Forbes and Adweek. Because Ayr is an MSO, State-specific regulations must be considered for each project, and deliverables are adjusted accordingly. This is especially relevant for product launches and secondary product drops where attention to detail is key. Some additional tasks include versioning campaign concepts, adjusting and resizing existing content, and uploading completed projects to the DAM for record-keeping.

Originally joined the team as a mid-level Graphic Designer and was promoted to Senior Level within the first year of employment. Worked alongside the company’s B2C Creative Team creating branded content for the Ashley HomeStore website, social media platforms, and retail locations. Art directed photoshoots for the company’s seasonal catalogs and designed the 2021 Bed & Bath edition as well as the 2021 Holiday Gift Guide. Worked alongside CGI, UX, and Merchandising to release the company’s first Gaming section to our website, which included art directing and planning all images, as well as designing the page content. Also produced promotional assets for sales and events including emails, and animated social content.

Accepted as a Creative Intern in the company’s internship program in Jan. 2016 and quickly promoted to a full-time member of the iBoss Design Team. This promotion resulted in a leadership position tasked with managing the department. Supervised a primarily digital marketing team, creating printed and web materials for various clientele. Oversaw photography and video production for client events and products. Developed advertising for a client’s mobile game. Initiated projects and delegated responsibilities to appropriate members of the Design Team.

Managed social media accounts for the Art Department, which included promoting events, showcasing student work, recording exhibitions and workshops, and interacting with the department’s online audience
